Monthly Women’s Circle
Restoring the Sacred Feminine
“There is a space between breath and becoming. A space where stillness whispers, where light dances before it becomes form. In that space, I’ve come to know a presence. She's not outside of me, but within. Not an idea, but a feeling. A movement. A memory. Some might call her the Holy Spirit. But I have come to call her Sophia - the living wisdom of pure consciousness. Sophia flows like a river of consciousness, pure creation, that moves you towards your dreams through intuitive guidance.” - Nancy Rebecca
Become the Queen of Your Underworld
What if your patterns are no longer something to heal but instead are messengers here to help you cultivate the wisdom hiding out beneath the wounds, stories and old identities?
As you become more whole the impact of what hurt cuts deeper because now you're willing to hold it. And in this lies the power of your core essence that you are already cultivating.
The feminine essence is a powerful technology which is only just beginning to be restored back to its throne and original purpose in the world.
This Monthly Women’s Circle Series is a space for you to drop a deeper anchor into the sacred feminine embodiment of that purpose.
Join us for a series of Women’s Circles
We begin this May!
During this 3-part series we will…
Create new pathways for courage and growth by understanding how the nervous system clings to the safety of the familiar
Work with your body and energy field to release what’s not yours
Explore the somatic and energetic roots of personal boundaries
Reconnect with your authentic "yes" and "no" as felt experiences
Clear external projections and societal pressures that disrupt your inner clarity
Rebuild your energetic sovereignty
Strengthen your ability to sense and respond from your natural flow
Reopen to aligned and instinctual ways of being and receiving
-
This class invites you to reconnect with your authentic "yes" and "no," not as mental concepts, but as embodied truths and flexible responses to the present moment. You’ll explore the somatic and energetic roots of your boundaries—where they’ve been too loose, too rigid, or absent altogether.
Through inquiry and body-based practices we’ll look at how boundaries form in response to disconnection, past pain, or enmeshment—especially in dynamics shaped by addiction in the home, emotional inconsistency from primary caregivers and/or power loss experiences on an ancestral or soul level.
-
We’ve all experienced external pressures, projections and expectations that dictate our rhythm and the choices we think (or don’t think) we have access to. Over time, this clouds your inner clarity and disrupts your natural rhythm and relationship to time. In this class, we’ll work with the intelligence of your body systems and energy field to alchemize what you’ve absorbed from the outside world that no longer aligns with your true flow.
Using breathwork and somatic practices, you’ll rebuild your energy field so you can better hear your instincts and allow yourself to receive external circumstances that are more aligned with your natural state of flow.
-
This class is a somatic journey into the underworld of your own becoming. It is for those who aren't afraid of their shadow parts (you probably know them pretty well by now) but you’re needing courage to embody the power of your light.
We’ll explore how the nervous system clings to the familiar in the name of safety, especially when it means outsourcing our power.
Through breath, movement, and ritual, we’ll work with sacred feminine archetypes like Kali, Lilith, Sophia, Inanna, and Gaia to invite the shadows that have protected us to transform. We'll honor the body's ancient wisdom, recalibrate the frequency of survival, and reawaken your innate capacity to feel safe, cultivate courage and embody your power.
Each circle (90 min-2hrs) is an active healing container with group mentoring and sharing. Guided practices include energy healing techniques, somatic embodiment exercises, ritual and breathwork.

“Brave, brilliant, and grounded is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Lindsay. I am impressed with her ability to hold space, the clarity of presence she brings, and her command of language that “speaks” and heals. Not to mention, her reassuring manner which is just lovely to be around. She is a healer artist who works practical magic – and makes it simple and safe for all involved.” — Ranya V.
