We are so much more than we realize. And our intuition holds the remembrance of this magic.
This upcoming program is meant to support you to call soul parts home that hold the keys to this magic.
We'll explore the path of the multidimensional aspects of your soul + the power it holds.
This offering is for anyone feeling called to reconnect with the oracle within + reclaim their spiritual essence.
This program will support you to make more room in your body for your soul to inhabit it.
When we're embodying our full soul we know without a doubt we're online and have our own back.
Together we’ll explore: What is the call of your soul? And we’ll dive deeper into it in community with others.
We’ll ask…
Where is your body and energy field needing support right now to make room to hold more of you? In a group process you’ll be individually led through a Body + Soul Restoration process.
What do you need to bring more of your spirit to life? We’ll find actions you need to take, resources you need to call in and beliefs you need to shift.
What is needed for a more thorough understanding of how to work with the shadows doubling down (now that you're calling more of your soul in with conscious awareness)?
To find the ways your inner child can create a pathway towards embodying more of your soul.
This program includes:
4 Group Classes every 3 to 4 weeks on Sundays beginning January 25th (classes are 2 hrs in length)
20% off individual sessions with me during the program + recorded guided practices to work with between classes

These sessions are for those who are being reoriented to their inner mystic. Through a blend of somatic awareness, energy healing, breathwork, and spiritual guidance, you’ll be supported in reclaiming more of your essence.
Optional Individual Mentorship

These sessions (60 or 90 min options) will support you to reconnect with your extrasensory self.
You’ll learn to interpret energetic awarenesses, embody yourself as a soul, and restore your sovereignty in both the spiritual and earthly realms.
You’ll be supported to tap into your intuition and attune to the codes and abilities you uniquely carry. You’ll discern true visions from outdated beliefs (or distorted external energies influencing you).
We’ll also address any deeper healing needed to resolve the conflict between your soul’s knowing and your human conditioning (including the unraveling of New Age spiritual distortions).
For women, these sessions may include womb healing, mother wound integration, and the restoration of your cyclical intelligence.

Learn more about me
Lindsay is a teaching artist, workshop facilitator and healing practitioner. She is trained in multiple healing methods and modalities. She brings an awareness of embodiment, creativity and working with intuition into her programs.
As a facilitator she's worked with community centers, theatre companies, and many public and charter schools to facilitate artistic expression through curriculum focused on writing, performance and embodiment alongside social / emotional and trauma awareness practices. She’s also been a guest teacher at Smith College and North Park University as well as facilitated her artistic practice at international residency programs: SASSO (Switzerland), AADK (Spain), Le Plongeoir (France), and Weave (Belgium).
