Summer of Self Love
3 week Mini Course w/ Individual Support
Let your emotions, your body + your inner child guide you.
Summer of Self Love is a 3-week mini course designed to help you reconnect with your inner guidance systems.
Through guided somatic + energetic practices, this program supports you in building inner clarity, self trust and a deeper sense of embodiment.
You’ll be invited to spend just one hour a week in dedicated self-connection.
It is a gentle but potent commitment with impact.
What is Embodiment?
Embodiment is a return to self — a feeling of presence and sovereignty that arises from within.
It is the state through which you relate to everything your world: your dreams, work, children, relationships, and callings.
It’s accessed through deep listening and a willingness to let your body and emotions show you what you need and want.
'to thy own self be true'
sometimes easier said than done right?
Coming home to yourself is an ongoing practice.
It requires us to gently unravel inherited patterns, rewrite cultural and ancestral scripts rooted in trauma and lack, and build new ways of being based on authenticity, desire, and truth.
This Summer Healing Journey offers an interdisciplinary approach to healing, blending somatic awareness with energy healing tools to support your personal journey toward embodiment and inner alignment.
Think of it as a soft summer challenge to receive support and take the time to listen to yourself.
During this 3-week journey, you will:
Deepen your connection to yourself + your body’s intelligence
Cultivate a deeper sense of emotional + somatic awareness
Rebuild your energetic field + expand into presence
Tune into your inner child for healing + self-nurturing
Explore the somatic + energetic roots of your boundaries
Work with where your boundaries have become too loose or too rigid
Reclaim your relationship to your capacity + the power of choice
>>> How does it work? <<<
We start July 7th!
Every Monday for 3 weeks you will receive course materials to your inbox including recordings of guided practices to work with, a teaching video and PDF guides with journal prompts.
You will also receive one individual healing session (70 min) to support you in working with what comes up from course materials or anything else you need an extra set of eyes on right now.
-
These two guided practices (mp3 format) will take you on an alchemical healing journey to develop somatic and energetic awareness/es that will support you to more easefully tune into and respond to your body’s messages. You will learn how to shift dense and stuck energy, emotional overwhelm and even physical pain and harmonize these energies into more balanced states.
You’ll also receive an intro teaching video providing helpful context for this approach to healing, looking at:
+ the power of somatic awareness and tuning into sensations held in the body
+ the process of somatic and energetic alchemy to help shift and heal the effects of overwhelm and stress
+ trauma awareness + nervous system regulation from a somatic approach
-
This guided healing journey(mp3 recording) will support you in retrieving and integrating aspects of your inner child.
Your inner child is timeless and multi-dimensional—this practice may invite you to connect with a younger or teenage version of yourself in need of support, or with other creative, playful, and even mystical parts of you that carry inner child energy beyond age.
If your inner child didn’t receive what they needed, they may continue to be subconsciously crying out through your body and nervous system, expressing unprocessed pain through limiting beliefs that still affect you in both subtle and significant ways. In this meditation, we’ll tune into this part of you with compassion, helping them feel seen, heard, and supported, so they can begin to release old patterns and unlock dormant playfulness, creativity, and wisdom that is ready to re-emerge.
You’ll also receive a PDF guide outlining the concepts in this practice and journal prompts to work with.
-
This guided somatic practice (mp3 recording) helps participants reconnect with their inner clarity and re-establish healthy boundaries that may have been compromised.
If you’ve experienced feelings of a disconnection to self, emotional inconsistency from primary caregivers, or themes of ancestral and soul power loss then it may be hard to consistently tune into your boundary lines.
By cultivating mindful awareness of the body, nervous system, and energetic field, the practice supports a deeper sense of self, enabling participants to distinguish between self and others and respond to the external world from a place of clarity rather than old patterns or overwhelm.
You’ll also receive a PDF guide outlining the concepts in this practice and journal prompts to work with.
**You’ll need 60 minutes per week to complete course material
Join us!
Cost: $144
Add-on access to The Art of Holding Space (for yourself + others): $177
Please note: this program is non-refundable.
Your individual session must be booked and completed by August 31, 2025

“I've worked with Lindsay in multiple offerings and each experience was profoundly impactful and still continue to reveal things to me. I've learned how to sift through narratives that have been foisted on me to repair, restore, and regenerate parts of myself that had been neglected or cut off. I finally met the self that exists beyond who and what I think I am. This self is starting to lead me and guide me towards a more honest way of living. I am able to dial into energies in a different way and I am more attuned to what is calling me. I am so grateful that I was introduced to Lindsay. She is a gentle and thoughtful instructor and healer. I can't give her or her offerings enough praise."
