Restore, a Fall Equinox Ceremony

Saturday September 20th @5pm CST / 6pm EST (90 min on zoom)

Restore, is a healing ceremony supporting you to lean into the arms of the Fall Equinox.

This online healing ‘retreat’ will include breathwork, guided somatic meditation AND even a little writing :)

Join us to call yourself in from summer and transition into Fall with more ease and intentionality.

Bring that parts of you that need Restoration. The parts that need a little help with transitioning from one season to the next. And the parts of you that may have lost some life force in an overburdened world.

You’ll be supported to:

  • Shift gears and calm the system by off gassing the excess, the grief and anything else needing to move into a more balanced state in your system

  • Restore the parts of you that may be feeling either a little numbed out or a lot overloaded

  • Witness the parts of you looking to transform and allow more life force to flow so you can come back to center with more resource

All participants will receive a recording of the event (you do not have to attend live).

Reduced rate healing sessions are offered on a sliding scale! It is my hope to make sure those who are in need have access to this work.

A sliding scale is used to encourage people to pay according to their available resources. Those with greater financial privilege contribute more, allowing those with less to pay according to their means. This allows my business to sustain its services while making accessibility possible. When choosing where to pay on the scale please take a look at your available resources. Please keep in mind where you place value and worth in relationship to what you choose to put income towards outside of basic needs.
