The Power of Somatic Writing

a pathway to healing, personal reflection + expanding your creative voice

The Power of Somatic Writing gives you the opportunity to participate in nurturing writing practices to support both your wellness path and your creative pursuits.
There is a powerful field we create when we write with others and share space in making room for self expression.
Writing is a powerful tool to set things FREE that need movement and need to be seen.
Too many of us have been asked to swallow too much. We've swallowed joy, creative impulses, ideas, stories and potent expressions of our life force to either fit in or stay safe. This literally can make us ill — mentally, physically and spiritually.
Writing from the body offers a deep attunement to self and supports you to find what lives beyond your cognitive awareness.
During these 90 min Writing Sessions you will…
Be guided through somatic and energetic awareness building practices to connect you to your body, voice and instincts.
Spend time working with writing prompts (with an invitation to also explore your own).
Share moments of awareness (and maybe even sections of writing if you're comfortable) with others.

“Brave, brilliant, and grounded is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Lindsay. I am impressed with her ability to hold space, the clarity of presence she brings, and her command of language that “speaks” and heals. Not to mention, her reassuring manner which is just lovely to be around. She is a healer artist who works practical magic – and makes it simple and safe for all involved.” — Ranya V.
