Breathwork for the Winter Solstice

December 19th @12pm (90 min workshop)

Join us during the darkest weekend of the year to lay it to rest. This breathwork workshop will guide you to commune with experiences of descent in your life that need deep REST-oration. Bring all the parts of you that are ready to transform. You will be supported to receive nourishment from the dark as you simultaneously call back the light.

During the workshop you’ll be guided through a breathwork journey using a two-part Pranayama style breath meditation. This practice supports you in coming home to yourself and witnessing and transforming internal states (both physical + emotional) looking for attention and release. It will support you to feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself.

Reduced rate healing sessions are offered on a sliding scale! It is my hope to make sure those who are in need have access to this work.

A sliding scale is used to encourage people to pay according to their available resources. Those with greater financial privilege contribute more, allowing those with less to pay according to their means. This allows my business to sustain its services while making accessibility possible. When choosing where to pay on the scale please take a look at your available resources. Please keep in mind where you place value and worth in relationship to what you choose to put income towards outside of basic needs.
