Let’s journey together into the unexpected — into the magic waiting for us beyond all the places within us that we’ve been healing from, beyond the conditioning + limiting beliefs formed from trauma + mass produced culture.

This spring we will deep dive into the art of creation.

If you’ve been ‘working’ on creating yourself and you are calling in ways to do things a little differently and want to be held in community while you do it, join us! 

We’ll explore a kind of creativity that’s about life and death, not just Art.

The kind of creativity that is an embodied spirituality that we all need no matter what kind of ‘maker’ we are. We’ll create a bridge for taking this way of ‘being’ into all that we make in the world – so things can become just a little more TECHNICOLOR and holistically interconnected. 

We will birth ourselves together. In sacred community.

You are the one responsible for creating your vision in this life but you don’t have to do it alone. 

We’ll journey together to discover + express the purity of our life force + unlock desires that have been held too long in limitation.

There will be breathwork, guided energy healing, somatic practices to support trauma healing, mentorship and group sharing.

Bring what you’re working on with you to the calls: a project, new curriculum, a new business, healing from trauma, shifting your relationship to relationships ETC 

We will also investigate the creation portal that is the pelvis and its relationship to the jaw (our center for expression) and the heart center that lies between the two, to birth ourselves more deeply into being. 

 What’s included?   

  • Calls are 2 hours each. They are a space of accountability, steeped in the healing process of creativity. They will include healing practices, group sharing, and mentoring.

    *all calls are recorded and available for download immediately following the session

  • 75 min each: these sessions include energy healing, guided meditation, breathwork, trauma informed somatic healing practices and mentorship – (recordings of sessions can be made available for download after each session upon request, must be downloaded within 24 hours)

  • Access all course materials from Journey Within + The Art of Facilitation which includes recorded workshops, meditations and workbooks

  • we’ll set up a group communication system on either Telegram, Whatsapp or Discord to connect and support each other during the Spring

Group Sessions Outline

#1 - Breathwork to Recalibrate + Individual Intention Setting 

During this first session we’ll enter into a group process to witness and name individual wants and desires (nothing is too big to dream about) so that we can support each other in expanding these hopes through the power of group energy as we move through this process together — because it’s amazing how we can find the power to manifest individual intentions when a community is supporting us. With the support of breathwork we’ll find ways to recalibrate (and move stuck energy) so we that we can better sense into the potency held in our desires. 

#2 - Making Friends With Fear (and guilt and shame) 

Together we’ll ask: What’s held you back in the past that you want to shift your relationship with? We’ll bring the fears (and difficult states of contraction in general) in closer so we can more fully see them and take the charge out of these states by turning them into embodied and creative life force energy. 

#3 - The Power of Unlocking Sensation + Life Force Energy to Support Integration 

This session will include somatic practices, energy healing and mentorship to help support what’s come up in the first two sessions in order to respond to the group’s needs in real time. We’ll also work with drawing in the power of Chi (a study of life force energy) in order to support us in tuning into our inner oracle and activate more authentic self-expression.  

#4 - Activate Magnetic Creative Flow + Deepen Your Capacity to Expand

We’ll attune ourselves to the spirituality of creativity and explore: what does expansion really mean? We’ll explore ways to teach your energy field and body to hold your creative capacity and connection to your spirit in order to activate new ways of being.

  • How to use sliding scale: you choose the amount according to your financial situation (reduced rate or partial scholarship) AND if you've already taken the one or both of the courses included then you might choose a reduced payment option for that reason as well.

    A sliding scale is used to encourage people to pay according to their available resources. Those with greater financial privilege contribute more, allowing those with less access to pay according to their means. This allows my business to sustain its services while making accessibility possible.

    When choosing where to pay on the scale please take a good look at your available resources and where you place value and worth in relationship to what you choose to put expendable income towards.

Your first assignment will be to fill out an intake form (sent to you after registration) to help you create and organize your intentions for the work we’ll do. You will then be given access to all included materials, zoom links and we’ll schedule your first individual session.
